version of creatine that is linked to electro-
lytes and designed to improve absorption,
solubility and bioavailability of creatine.
In a 12-week study, test subjects taking 2 servings (10g) of creatine monohydrate
gained over 4 times lean muscles than subjects using a placebo. In the same study
test subjects taking creatine gained 70% more muscle than subjects using placebo.
In a 10-day study on weight-trained individuals, subjects consuming 2 servings (10g)
of creatine monohydrate found 2 times more endurance while achieving their training
program comparing to individuals using placebo.
In a 10-week study subjects who consumed 1 serving (5g) of creatine monohydrate
daily while following high resistance training program increased their weight by 4.2
times compared with subjects using placebo.
DIRECTIONS: Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) daily
with 6 oz. of water, coffee or your favorite
beverage with your first meal, and again
